Ready Mix Concrete Services

Presently, we have the capacity to produce readymix concrete from C15 MPa up to C50 MPa, The readymix concrete offers the advantage of cost efficiency and a far higher quality compared to locally mixed concrete. The key of this advantage is the technology behind this new generation batching plant. The software for concrete mixing doses the exact quantity for the specific concrete class, which is determined by the laboratory. The full process is automatised and controlled, facilitating an exact report of the quantity and quality of the concrete. Located in the East and the West part of Freetown, the tow site offers an output of 100 m3/h. The mixer trucks in our fleet, with the capacity of 60m3/load, transports the ready-mix concrete to your site in optimal conditions thanks to the two tow sites in Freetown. The pumping of the concrete can be done by one of our three mobile pumps or with the 32 meter truck mounted pump.

Concrete Laboratory Testing

Keeping quality at the highest standards, requires regular research and testing. For this purpose, Sierra Concrete is also hosting MBH Laboratory LTD, a company specialized in concrete testing and laboratory equipment. After the delivered ready-mix concrete you will receive the laboratory test report to prove the quality of the product.

After 7 years of operating in the Sierra Leone construction market, the Sierra Concrete Ltd management team decided to extend the company’s portfolio by offering a new precast product for the clients of the company. Under the new Sierra Precast brand, the company is introducing a modern fencing solution, which offers a high quality and efficient product with a modern design. The new precast fence solution is a quick, reliable and durable fencing alternative compared to other standard fences. With strategic partnership, Sierra Concrete is now providing vibro-compacted concrete blocks for any construction project. The automated high capacity block production line provides 4 and 6 inches solid and hollow blocks.
